Prescription Request

Send us your request here, via the Vitus Vet App, text, phone or email! Please note that all prescriptions that are made cannot be returned if not in its original sealed container/foil unless for a guarnatee claim. Tablets, liquids and capsules that are dispensed cannot be returned. Items ordered via a compounding pharmacy cannot be returned or refunded once ordered. Please note that all food and prescription refill requests must be pre-approved by a veterinarian prior to dispensing. Should there be a question or concern about your request you will be contacted by one of our staff members. Note that prescriptions will only be filled for current clients/patients who are up to date with their examinations and/or blood work as is necessary. Please allow 24 hours for all refills.

Outside Pharmacy & Prescription Policy

We source the best quality and priced items while being very conscious of stocking items that are labelled for animal use and those with guarantees and product support. Should you request a written prescription for an item that we carry to an outside or online Pharmacy of your choice, a prescription fee will apply. Refills can be included if appropriate. This additional fee does not apply if the prescription is NOT stocked by our hospital and is only available via an outside source.
